Brooklyn Spectacles

Very stylish/well-made, expensive frames, but unfortunately they fit terribly and keep falling off my face. I've literally kept them in a drawer for the past year and wore my other pair with an old prescription that's how much I hate wearing them. I finally broke that pair and I've now been suffering through wearing these "McCarren" model frames for the past week. I'm obviously partly to blame for not assuring a good fit when I bought them, but even after a few worthless "fittings" they still fall off my face constantly. I don't know if you have to have a fathead to wear any Brooklyn Spectacles or just this particular model, but be very, very careful when purchasing.

Very good selection of trendy frames and great staff to support you in the selection process. I have a pair of clear/pink round eyeglasses that are stylish and light on my face. I love the frames, but the quality of the lenses is subpar for the cost. The glass scratches easily and has a very slight greenish tinge. I still wear them, but I am unlikely to return to buy another pair here unless BK Spectacles changes the lensware quality.

Good Service and trendy frames, but not the quality. I brought two pairs eyeglasses and sun glasses over a year ago, both had quality problems. One was replaced by the store and unfortunately the other pair I had for 14 months, the screw thread completely broke off from the hinge and it has passed the one year warranty, the store refused to do anything about it. I certainly wished these eyeglasses can last a little longer when i paid about $300.

Perry and Scott are incredible. I needed glasses urgently before a transatlantic flight. They were able to accommodate my prescription in under 2 hours, no small feat considering my eyesight. Plus the frame selection and overall craftsmanship is superb, allowing me to see well, stylishly

This place has top-notch customer service, and some of the best frames around. The frames are unique and stylish and they are built to last. I had an exceptional experience getting help with a frame of theirs that I was having some issues with. Highly recommended.

It is hard for me to find frames that fit me I have a small face and here I found several options to choose from. They have a really good selection, and even have kids frames. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, their customer service is great.

Clean, fresh, and welcoming. Wonderful brink walls and neat lighting. Staff was helpful, engaging and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for quality glasses.
