Very rude staff and not very willing to help. Provided bare minimum service.
Love the brand can’t stand the store. The woman made comments about my pants and was overall just rude . Don’t get me wrong the clothes are comfortable and good quality but the employee just gives the brand a bad image through your experience at this store.
Awesome CUSTOMER SERVICE and Brooks Brothers has always been great fabric quality....bought my brother and husband most of there Christmas presents here and Home Depot
Not sure if I just had a bad luck or what as the other reviews are very positive. The staff is overly rude and passive-aggressive on us. He kept looking at us as if we are theft and gave us very passive attitude during checkout. Never coming back again.
One of its employees may have issues against non-caucasian customers. He was very indifferent when we ask questions about the products and had an awfully condescending look.
