I usually buy work pants here , this pants seem to be durable and I get a discount do to my type of job .. a Samoan tatted looking guy helped me and he was really nice , he recommended the original but I went with the flex regardless thx dude nice costumer service ..

The older lady with blonde hair and glasses was very helpful on helping me try on pants. When it came to cashing out it was nice to hear her stories about how she grew up in a place almost as similar as I am from.

Really really disappointed in the service they gave for a mistake that was their fault. They had price ticketed each pair of work gloves at the wrong price but would not honor that price

At 7:42pm, I call into this store, in a panic, as I needed pants for tomorrow for an event. I call into the store and ask if my size is in stock. The customer service rep who answers, Morgan, said yes, they are. She notified me that the store closes at 8pm, which shocked me as Apple Maps said 9pm closing time. I am 8 minutes away. I jump in my car and race over here and made it in record time, 8 minutes. I call into the store again and ask where the store is located inside the mall as I’ve never been here and don’t want to park on the wrong side of the store. I call the again, and Morgan answers. She tells me where to park, and I park exactly there. By the time I run into the store, it’s 7:52. I yell into the store, “MORGAN!! I’m here for the pants!” She promptly tells me im looking in the wrong section, and points me in the right direction. I pick some pants, and try them on, and they fit, but not the right style. It’s now 7:56. I notify Morgan, who is a total champ and helping me every which way she can, she shows me other pants that might work, I take her suggestion, try them in…. Bingo. We rush to the counter, I pay and checkout, 8:00pm. Thank you Morgan! You’re amazing! Will definitely come pack to purchase more pants. 10/10 experience.
