Brooks Malone

I would like to express our excitement for our new backyard playground and the Brooks-Malone team. We read the reviews about Brooks-Malone in trying to decide on who to work with and was personally recommended by someone that used them, that they do excellent work. They do awesome work and are very professional. The crew are great and take great pride in their work. Holly and the whole team are very informative and professional and aim to please. We have already enjoyed our outdoor kitchen and can't wait to enjoy the pool. Would and have already recommended to others.

Ken and I are really grateful for the great job that everyone did in replacing our septic system. You really need someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to that. They were professional and friendly. Thanks to everyone at Brooks Malone. They will have our recommendation.

They did a good job on installing a water line for us. However 3 1/2 years after the install we realized that during the install they dug up our gutter drains. When I contacted them about this issue they said we don’t fix anything after that length of time. It took us that long to figure out where the water in our yard was coming from. We had to hire a drainage specialist to come in to identify it. They do good work but I would suggest checking behind in every step of the way. We will not be using them ever again- they were all about getting the work but not standing behind it.

Sad to say I had a very poor experience with this company. Quoted $300-$500 and charged almost $700 for “unexpected pluming issues”. I know less about my pool than before they came. The worst part of my experience is that Holly would not allow me to pay off this ridiculously overpriced bill in 2 payments! I thought I was using an honest, family owned business, instead I got a greedy, unprofessional one. Shop around and do your research, these guys are clearly all about the money.

I can not begin to explain how pleased we are with Brooks Malone. We were very nervous initially because we knew this would be a big investment but were quickly put at ease after talking and meeting with Holly. This company is ran very well and highly efficient. We were informed every step of the way about what would happen. The crew was amazing, from the design to the work they did. We not only had a pool but a garage and pavers patio done. This has turned out even better than we had hoped for. I’m so excited to make memories here with my family! This company made something we dreamed about come true! If you are looking for a pool company you can not go wrong with Brooks Malone!
