East Tennessee Pool & Spa

I have been dealing with this establishment for the past four years. They are a professional, local establishment that takes pride in helping customers. I rely heavily on their pool advice and they have never led me astray. Krystal and her colleagues go out of their way to be helpful, professional and and provide a service that is so helpful. I don't have a chemical degree, and they always hit it spot on. Their careful instruction on pool maintenance has kept my pool crystal clear for years. I have also purchased a sand filter changing from a regular filter, and they did an outstanding job putting it in at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

Will not go into details here, but I will never do business with them again. I was a loyal customer for years, but not anymore.

I am a loyal customer and spend hundreds of dollars in chemicals each year. When I purchased a skimmer adapter to vacuum my pool, it wasn't the correct size. When I tried to return it (with the original packaging and receipt)..they said it was dented and wouldn't take it back. I had only used it twice and asked if it could be defective...they said "tough luck" and wouldn't take it back. Very rude and they have lost a customer (not that they will care) over a 20 dollar product that they could have gotten their money back from the company!
