Aurora Pool Spa & Billiard

We had a great experience when getting our pool at Aurora in Knoxville. Steve our salesman was very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all our questions even when we called back several times. He always returned our calls within a timely manner. Ive already told all my friends & one has even called for a price quote. I’ve been in the store several tomes now & the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks again!

COMPLAINING about ANY pool company being busy when it's 90 degrees and sunny is like complaining about a big box store being busy on black Friday, that can't be a serious post! It's not possible to be that far removed from reality. You don't need to 'see' management you need some basic common sense, not even intermediate. You should also complain about your ice cream melting too fast on the ride home from the grocery store (also 90 degrees) especially if there is a traffic delay, that is a one star review for sure! They should of known to freeze your exact ice cream flavor to a lower temperature to accommodate your unexpected delay! You may not want to go to the beach during the summer, a popular movie on opening night, and definitely avoid that long wait and no management black Friday crowd at every retail store! :) The above comment is an addendum to my original post below. 2018 Fiberglass pool installation just completed by Aurora, the process was as explained in detail and on time. Installation was done very meticulously and professionally. John R. and his crew are excellent. Fiberglass is the best choice. TTF

We just had a new pool liner installed by Aurora Pools. Carly was great to work with. She was able to get us scheduled in a timely manner. At installation Josh was extremely helpful. The liner looks beautiful! Thanks Scott for all your help and for taking the time to answer all of our questions. We appreciate it!

Had a great experience with Aurora pools. This is the first pool my wife and I have ever purchased, and our salesman, Steve, walked us through the process 100%. He’s extremely knowledgeable and even got us exactly what we wanted under budget! It is extremely low pressure and very personable. I wholeheartedly recommend them If you are thinking about buying a pool.

Aurora North Knoxville installed my pool and has serviced it every sense. I cannot say enough positive things about Aurora and their staff. They are always money conscious. I never feel like that are recommending uneccunnece chemicals or repairs. The service staff that come out are always clean, professional and friendly!! I highly recommend Aurora!
