Pool and Spa Depot of Cookeville

My wife and I walked in and sat down with Jeff to purchase a 33' pool. Jeff was very helpful and kind. We felt very comfortable with him. Very happy with the way it went, everything was explained in detail. Can't wait for the install to start! So many parties!

Customer service is BAD!! was delivered a damaged hot tub cover and still nothing on the replacement one...its been weeks! i have made at least 10 calls , left messages for Sales person Jeff and manager Jim....not one call returned

Wife and I are moving from Chicago area to Pikevilke TN. We are so accustomed to our Jacuzzi HT we wanted to put in a new one at our new house. We stopped at Pool and Spa Depot in Cookeville and was greeted by Jeff Duncan. No pressure nor high sales pitches or tactics......nice. Quickly honed in on a J-365 and was floored by the cost of the spa. Its been over 7 yrs since we bought our original one. So we were expecting some sticker shock. We continued to look back in Chicagoland and got a quote from a local jacuzzi dealer which was more palatable. Needless to say Jeff Duncan worked some magic and came back with a very competitive price which we could not refuse. Jeff saved us the hassle of purchasing and shipping a spa from Chicagoland. I can’t thank Jeff and the Cookeville location enough for their actions. Jeff won us over and now i have a great support and service staff when i need it from Cookeville Pool and Depot. Gave them a 5 rating!
