Roy Vaden Pools

I am a second generation Roy Vaden Pool fan! I remember visiting long ago when I was a child (I won't admit how long!) and am now a customer myself. Not going to lie, my mom made me go! I tried to manage the hot tub myself last year (we bought the house with the hottub). Despite being a long-time lifeguard with tons of experience with pool chemicals - I never could get my pH correct. This year, took a water sample to Roy Vaden Pools, got my analysis, chemicals to correct, and detailed instructions (we are switching to the Brilliance Spa System). I am to go back next week with a sample. SO much easier than trying to do it all on your own (and spending more money in the process...)

I cannot say enough about the staff at Roy Vaden Pools! We are new Pool owners and they have been most gracious in helping us get started! Each of them have gone above and beyond to help us! We had problems with our pump and motor along with learning everything there is to know. They have taught us and guided us every step of the way! Thank you so much!

I don't suggest you waste your time with this company I have been trying to get a call back for over a month. People at the front desk seem to care less about helping you with your needs. I've encountered not so great service previously in many industries and this is the first time I've taken the time to warn people of how poorly I was treated as a customer. I have done business with them over the years and my opinion is , the customer service level has gone from bad to worse. I'll never use them again and have found a new pool company that is responsive courteous and well priced.
