I have been a customer for a few years. I have been very pleased with the team at Coolsprings store and the service team when needed. The best part has been the people until now. Steve Gill the new service manager is not good. poor on communications and poor at his basic job cleaning a pool. I canceled my service because of him. I hope that someone can see the quality of an employee like Phyllis is why people continue to come back. Call me if she returns until then I will find someone else

At the start of the season our pool looked like a swampy green mess. It was really bad. I posted in a forum in Facebook and one of their managers saw my post and sent me a message and told me that I needed to get the water tested. I went in, got the water tested and they told me exactly what I needed to do get our pool clear. They helped us out every step of the way and now we are enjoying our pool again. Also, they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of chemicals like some pool stores, they genuinely wanted to help. Thank you guys so much, we greatly appreciate all of your help and thanks to Rachel for contacting me initially and continuing to answer my questions through messenger. Your customer service is top notch!

I could tell that this business was better than the rest as soon as I walked in the door. We bought our pool and scheduled an installation. It was actually installed 3 weeks early! The installation crew was very friendly and worked hard all afternoon to get the job done. The store staff is quite knowledgeable and more than willing to take care of our needs after the sale.

Just wanted to thank Jag and the ENTIRE Pool and Spa Depot Team. Our old hold tub died and it was time to get a new one. After 10 or 12 years of being hot tub people we were apprehensive and excited for the next steps. We shopped around town to find a good selection, good education on what available, and a pricing that created a value for our investment. Keep in mind we were NOT looking for the cheapest we wanted something that was going to last another 10 to 12 years. Pool and Spa Depot by far had the best selection that allowed us to look at all options. He really took time helping us with the different models and features. Once we settled in on a model and features he really worked with us on pricing, financing options, and finally a plan the fit our wants and met our budget. All in all a great experience. Finally Jag and the team saw everything through until delivery of the hot tub and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. We couldn’t believe how easy the process was for us. Happy to say we love the hot tub and happy to be spending nights and weekends back in our new hot tub. Thanks Pool and Spa Depot Team for going to extra mile for me and my family!

I've never filed a lawsuit in my life but that's exactly where I'm headed with this terrible company. Should it take 6 months to change a vinyl liner? I hired them to do a simple vinyl liner change nearly a year ago. They started the process (what should take 2 weeks or less) 6 months ago and its still not complete. They say they're coming to finish it nearly every week but never show up. The liner has wrinkles all over the place and is sagging from the top in multiple places. The steps aren't even close to correct. The installer broke an underwater light fixture while removing the old liner and said it must have just been ready to burn out, even though it worked great the night before he removed it but never again after he reinstalled it. Coincidence? Of course not...yet they refused to pay for it. Now I have to hire a different company to finish the job I've already paid them to do. I'll send them the bill but I'm sure they'll refuse to pay, at which point I'll have to file a lawsuit. Do NOT make the same mistake I did in hiring this company to work on your pool!
