Clearwater Pools

I needed to get my hot tub and salt system repaired in April 2017. I engaged Clearwater to give me an overview and approved doing anything that got it running correctly. They let one tech go that came in from Memphis to work on pools for Clearwater (or he at least is no longer with them). So after 2 different technicians this summer and missing the summer and all 3 holidays to use the spa with my visiting grown children, I still do not have my spa working properly. I see over 7 months ago a post praising the techs. While nice guys, my experience has not been a good one to get my pool and spa working properly. I am about $1500-$2000 out of pocket and my system is absolutely no better than it was 7 months ago. I have called and left emails over this entire period only to have them not get back to me timely if at all at times. I run my own companies and hate to leave reviews that can hurt a company's reputation but after 6 months and debates about bills and issues with my system, I simply have to write this review. I had been hoping the next call and visit would turn this awful service experience around but it never did and I should have engaged another business that could deal with my pool and needs. If you need store service for parts or water tested the folks are very nice and capable but for real mechanical assistance and repairs I would not recommend them at all at this time.

Our experience with Clearwater Pools was truly positive in every way. From the first meeting up until today we have been treated with exceptional service and kindness. The process of putting in a pool can be very overwhelming; however, the Clearwater Family walked us through it every step of the way and treated us like family. A friend asked me if I knew of a good company to install a pool. I've had a couple friends that were very happy with Clearwater pools. The said Jeremy Johnson was great the deal with. Answered all our questions and was professional and available throughout the process. So if your looking for a pool give them a shout

The owners and staff at Clearwater Pools are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable, client-oriented and great communicators. They provide a beautiful product at a very reasonable price. Their after care and follow-up have been A+! I would highly recommend this company for all your pool needs and outdoor entertaining areas.

When we were searching for a new pool company a friend recommended Clearwater Pools and we could not be happier. They are always professional and reliable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so.
