My husband and I moved to Mt Juliet in May of this year and purchased a home with an in-ground pool. The previous owners maintained it themselves but since we know nothing about pools (we came from a neighborhood pool that was maintained by our HOA) we reached out to Precision Pools for help. The folks at Precision Pools have all been very helpful and Sid the owner has been to our house on several occasions when we have had some tricky situations. We have been faced with replacing the salt system, putting in a new light, patching some liner holes (due to leaks), and algea issues this year. Each time I reach out to Heather she is always very helpful and sends one of the staff out to help us figure out what we need to do to get this fixed. Very good customer service! Next year we will be replacing the old liner and making some structural changes that are necessary to secure the pool (as our house/pool is on a hill) and we will be using Precision Pools. For one minute I thought about maintaining the pool ourselves next year and I just can't bring myself to do it (even to save some money) because Precision Pools does a great job.

I have been a customer for over 2 years and I would not go anywhere else. Sid and his entire staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Their sales and their service is excellent.
