So I recently called in to have a new pump and filter system installed. I called on a Monday and spoke to Beverly, and she takes my information and schedules my install for that Thursday at 4pm. Thursday morning comes and I call the store there to confirm the install, however I am told by the young lady that answered the phone that Beverly is not working and that she would call her. I was instructed to call back in 15 mins once she had time to speak with her (instead of just taking my number and calling me back). So I wait the 15 mins and then call back, a gentleman answers the phone and informs me that the first lady I spoke with got busy and was unable to speak with Beverly. Fair enough, stores get busy I understand I work in retail. So I ask the gentleman to take my number and call me once he has spoken to Beverly. I get a phone call around 2pm from Beverly who informs me that they will not be able to make it because it looks like it might rain. So at this point I'm pretty irritated because I have planned my day around this and my time was not respected at all. I call her back today in an attempt to give them a second shot at my business, and I ask if Wednesday is available. She informs me she will have to see for sure (understandable), but I also inform her of my dissatisfaction so far and instead of apologizing she wants to tell me that they "can't install in a thunderstorm". There was no thunderstorm. Needless to say, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I've been a customer for 15 years. They always have what I need and customer service has always been good. Thanks for installing our in ground pool liner and thanks for being there when your needed.

Typically have had great service from these folks but this recent experience has soured me considerably. On Wednesday, March 29th, I stopped in and talked to Beverly about my pump unexpectedly dying the past Sunday and about a leak I was dealing with. Beverly took down my information and told me she would try to get someone out on Friday and I would hear from her by the end of business Wednesday. Neither happened. I called Monday and left a message for Beverly. She later returned my call and apologized for dropping the ball. An appointment was set for Wednesday at 4:00. We have severe weather threats that day but at the appointment time, the weather was fine. Regardless, I heard from no one, and no one showed up. I left a message on the answering machine for the business but as of today (Friday, April 7th), I've heard back from no one. This is terrible customer service, and you have likely lost me as a customer.
