Brookshore Apartments

I have the most beautiful apartment. The management are so very nice. The maintenance team are the best. I got lucky when I found this place.

I only lived there for 6 months, but management was great every step of the way. Maintenance took a little long to respond to an issue I had, but it didn't bother me. Brookshore is in a great location close to the shopping center, and I would definitely rent from them again.

Ive rented from this team twice. That are amazing! Very honest and thoughtful group. I love my apartment, this complex is amazingly clean and quiet. I recommend to all who are looking. Absolutly fair and considerate during the move out process.

Have lived at Brookshore Apartments for over 12 years, and the management and staff have always been friendly, considerate, and timely. Maintenance is always friendly and on time and repairs are made quick. The apartments are super clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend Brookshore!

It's been a great place to live for the price! The manager is awesome, they fix things in a timely fashion. I would recommend this place. I don't give it 5 stars because they don't have hook ups in all apartments for washer and dryers, they do have 2 on site laundry rooms.

Brookeshore Apartments is by far the best apartments in Albany hands down. I extremely recommend living here! Very convenient location.

What can I say? Professional, friendly staff. Beautiful, park like environment. Great location, close to EVERYTHING. I've read some negative comments, but from what I can tell you, the place runs like clockwork.
