They will do nothing about the smell of weed. It makes me sick and nauseated. Avoid this place if your body cannot tolerate the smell. They say no smoking but too many people do anyway. Great price and place in every other regard

Love everything price, setting, location etc except the upper level foot noise sounds like they are stomping on bare wood floors not carpet. Mgmt needs to get much thicker padding and carpet. It's really annoying!!

Beautiful apartments in a really quiet and nicely kept complex/community setting.

We have been residents for 3 1/2 years. Nice apartments, but the management company is not appreciative of long time residents. They raise the rent as often as they can. When they cant raise the rent any more, they start charging for water, sewer, garbage, "pet rent", etc. Well maintained property, fairly good neighborhood.

Friendly management..Ok place to stay if you don't plan on staying long.. Instead of raising rent they will increase your utilities/pet rent when they cant raise your rent anymore. On move out they will likely charge you $200 to paint the apartment. They take advantage of you when its all said and done.

Decent basic apartments. Well maintained by staff.

Great place to live, management is very friendly! However we did have a small mold problem. The mold kept growing out from the ventilation fan in our bathroom which required cleaning every few weeks. On rainy days water would also leak from the vent onto the floor.
