The new property manager Marion is super helpful and amazing at his job! He always answers calls and gets back to you in a timely manner, and makes sure new tenants feel welcome. Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a place close to the college and wants a well managed, safe, and friendly environment.

Good location, right next to LBCC and it's on the edge of town so it's only a 15-20 minute drive to Corvallis and easy access to I-5 as well. Apartments are nice, inside and out and didn't have any issues with neighbors. Management is nice and I never had any issues with them either. I would recommend this place!
Marion was so helpful through the entire process. He worked really hard to get us in just in time for school to start. I really appreciate the excellent customer service here.
