Brookwood Automotive Service Center

They diagnosed my vehicle and told me it would take 2-3 days to fix. I made an appointment with them for 7 days later because I didn't want my vehicle sitting in their parking lot waiting for them to "get to it". I told them I would have to rent a car when mine was in the shop. They assured me that they would be ready to work on it at the appointed time. I even called the day before to confirm the appointment, they said "yes", bring it in tomorrow morning and we'll get right on it. The next day I rented a car and then took my car to Brookwood Automotive. 4 hours later they called me and said they couldn't get to it for 2 or 3 more days! When I complained that I had an appointment made a week ago and that they assured me yesterday that they would be ready, they got an attitude and told me to come get my vehicle, that I was being uncooperative! My advice....STAY AWAY from Brookwood Automotive! Their shop is obviously unorganized and even if you make an appointment a week in advance and confirm it the day before, it means nothing to them.

I am deeply happy with the service I got from the Owner Kevin and his assistant Mariana!! Definitely will be doing service with them again!! Highly Recommend!!

I normally don't leave negative reviews. but after being on hold for 10 minutes with a lady that cant speak English well and doesn't even know base prices for a basic oil change or basic brake job I am happy they pushed me to go somewhere else. if it took that much for an estimate I would hate to see how the service would have turned out.

Brookwood Automotive is friendly and knowledgeable. It is locally owned and operated. They have the right tools and staff to service any vehicle. 5 STARS

Took car here was having problem I knew about some of the issue with my car but didn't know totally what was causing the problem so I was going to get a diagnostic service done on it to find out for sure what it was because so I could work on my own cars and fix most thing on my own because I can't afford the high prices of repair shops. So they did the diagnostic service on my car and told me the same information about the problem that I already knew about and said the couldn't diagnostic any more information untill that stuff was fixed and charged me the full price of the diagnostic service, which didn't finish the service fully. So I won't return again.
