#Horrible! This place is costing us unessesary money! We will never return to this place. My girl brought her vehicle in for service and the guy says she needs a new belt. Our vehicle has been running fine until Q&P touched the belt. Now the belt keeps slipping off and breaking! This could have caused extreme damage to our vehicle! How is it that you are ASE Certified, but you don't understand how this keeps happening!? It wasn't an issue until you put your filthy hands on it. We've taken off multiple times from work to have the vehicle looked at by P&Q just for the same thing to continue happening!? You guys need a #lawsuit filed against you! #BetterBusinessBureau report filed. It's horrible how you guys do people who you think you can just get over on. I don't care about the positive reviews you have, this one needs to be heard because you guys know darn well It's true! Never again will we come to or recommend you after our vehicle is fixed! #HorribleService! If I could give less than one star or negative star ratings, you'd definitely get it from us after what we've just experienced! You're not here to serve us! Quality and Service We Can't Count On!? And won't be back! You've wasted our time and possibly damaged our vehicle!

this is a recent situation with this place I bought my brakes to my 2001 impala 03/31/2017 I put em in at this bs ass place a few seconds after that the same day because I need em in this African guy that works there so call manager there told me if I go up there to get the brakes for you it will cost more if I get it myself it will be 50 dollars rite so I bought the brakes from o really with warranty and came straight back to the place this African guy put my brakes on and gave me my car back unless then 20- 30 mins tops and gave me my car without bleeding my brakes everybody know when you get your brakes change u always apose to bleed the brakes this African guy told me he don't have to bleed em but I pay him anyway and left idk what he did now to my brakes but my brakes is hitting the floor with no air pressure to be able to stop for two months my girlfriend and my daughter almost died so I came up there and confirm him twice about it even I brung the best of the best mechanic with me to proof to him that I not lying and saying the same thing that he didn't have to bleed em including my mechanic that works at the car lot saying that you do have to bleed em the car lot that I got it from they have to keep my car for two almost three days as we speak don't not go here I almost lost my family not knowing that my girl is Dialysis and have a 4 year old baby girl I almost beat his ass but I'm taking him to court
