I had a hard wired security camera that couldn't decide whether it was going to send a feed to the NVR or not. I made an appointment with Eldridge to come to the house and troubleshoot the camera problem. He arrived within the timeframe promised and patiently listened to me describe the symptoms of the problem. After about 15 minutes he found what was causing the problem. The camera was working great but the cable had been nicked (probably during the original installation) and was now causing a short in the line. He ran a new wire and everything is still working great a week later. After the work was done, Eldridge took the time to show my wife how she could use more of the options on the security camera phone app. I talked with him about some of the new wireless camera options out on the market and plan to have him install several, once I decide on which ones I want.

Eldridge was prompt, (even with a long drive) courteous, and efficient. We called him to fix some errors created during previous installations. We were trying to consolidate cable, audio, and other components and coordinate services throughout the house. He listened to our issues and fixed them quickly and for a reasonable price. We recommend him highly.

The Bruno's, Eldridge and his father, Junior, arrived on time, on schedule and worked overtime to finish the job. Eldridge listened to an explanation of my needs and my budget and worked hard to find solutions. We were very pleased with our results and their professional manner. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Bruno's AV did an amazing job fishing cables in my living room. They were prompt, polite and got right to work despite being the last call of the day. Highly Recomended!

Eldridge Bruno and his team (which includes his dad), were terrific. They finished the project on time and on budget. There were a couple of hiccups in the installation of our security equipment, but they diagnosed the project and determined what needed to be done and then did it. If a job goes perfectly it's easy to say they were great, but a true professional shines when challenges arise and they deal with them without breaking stride. The Bruno's Audio Video team are true professionals and I can't recommend them enough!
