If you need high quality audio gear this is the only place that matters in the metropolitan area. I have never seen as good of a selection of impeccable quality gear anywhere else. Staff is helpful and ready to walk you through getting the right product. They have every audio toy I have ever wanted and a bunch that I didn't know I wanted.
Everything they have is top notch if you want amazing audio this should be your first and only stop.

COMPETENT AND HONEST. We're in Minnesota - responded to an E-Bay ad for a piece of obviously stellar equipment at a fair price - talked to Wilson Audio - by e-mail and in-person - multiple times - and their counsel has proven invaluable. After they took the time to fully understand our needs - they could have easily "made the sale" - but instead - explained why they thought we were making a mistake. We followed their caution - researched further - and Wilson Audio was right. Wilson Audio has proven themselves COMPETENT AND HONEST - to the degree they are more interested in making sure the customer gets what they need - than making a sale. IMPRESSIVE. VERY IMPRESSIVE.

As a professional live sound engineer, musician, and consumer, I must recommend you take your business elsewhere.
I was given a very old, not working but high quality turntable from a family friend. Since I didn’t know the history of the turntable, I decided to take it to Wilson to see if it was worth repairing. After looking at it they said they could get it in playing condition even though the automatic function and start/stop switches were broken beyond repair. They even sold me a new cartridge under the pretense that my turntable would work. I didn’t think to have them fire it up before I left, so I paid them and took it home.
I didn’t have a receiver at home yet and I was going out of town for a couple of months so I set it on the shelf while I was away. When I came back and tried to use it, no sound out of the turntable. I brought it back to the shop, they held it for another week and then called to tell me the tone arm was broken and would be too costly to fix. They said this was because it had been dropped on its head. They didn’t mention any trauma the first time I brought it in, and it certainly didn’t fall off my shelf.
I hate to make accusations but Wilson must have missed something, because If the tonearm was broken, it was broken from the beginning, yet they still charged me almost $200 to repair it. Then they refused to refund my money, only offered to put the money I’d paid towards a new, more expensive table from their stock.
The bottom line is, Wilson Audio either blatantly ripped me off or was too careless to inspect my equipment completely, costing me $200 and a lot of my time. I didn’t hear so much as an apology. These people do not deserve your business.

Man I don't normally write reviews anymore and I don't believe in doing so; unless I've had a profound, real experience.
I was treated with excellence and got some education as well. I know a little but a finite amount about high-end stereo equipment. These cats know their stuff and I like a place where I don't feel like I'm getting a cheesy sales pitch. They provide you straight up facts and you can hear it for yourself; unless you're tone deaf. I'm a musician, so music and sound is my lifeblood. I went in for a repair and I also purchased speaker wire. I'll just say I don't have a huge bank account and when inquiring and breaking down what I could afford; I was still treated with excellence. These folks are focused on what they do. This is my thank you to them. My Cochlear Nerve thanks you as well. Kind regards.

This is an A+ company run by A+ people. You can buy your audio gear in the internet or somewhere else but you won't get the service that Wilson do. They take care of their costumer.
