I'm always greated at the door and given excellent help. The Geek Squad warranties are so worth it it's also available for open box items and they have a 14 day return policy also price match...I bought something there, saw it on sale the next week and because I am in the system, I didn't even need my receipt, they just gave me back my money!...I am also on th e-mail notice and if you check that often yo find great deals!

Research store inventory online before visiting. Store covered a lot of areas but did not offer a deep selection in any category and heavily favored their own brand over others. Pricing for movies is in line with Amazon (but with a very small selection), however electronic cables are very over priced and no match for Amazon.

Workers are generally helpful and pleasant (as most sales reps are), but never seem to get it right (in my opinion). Anytime someone on our Sprint account goes there...we have to contact Sprint or go there to have the account adjusted or put back in it's original status. Personally, I believe that the mistakes are driven to reach sales quota and receive commissions. The mistakes that happens indicates this was likely the reason. Why would you separate one line from a family plan on the account, disconnect another line and add a new line, all kind of games to make the subscriber look like a new subscriber. Just a horrible experience each time.

I bought a camera Sony DSC-HX80 okay camera for money, but the young lady who helped me was a big help making sure I had all the parts, piece and stuff I would need to take this camera on vacation with me. I did catch her name but she was really sweet and helpful. Her boss should give her a raise. Service has been rather good every time I've been here.
