Best Buy

Really like the associates. They are very helpful. Just had an audio installation in my wife's car and it couldn't have been more professional. Paul did an excellent job and takes great pride in his work.

I got several staff and recently a Mac computer from Best Buy; I am always comfortable to shop from Best buy because their sellers are always there to help; explain carefully the details of all products we want buy. That adds a huge confidence to decide about getting whatever the shoppers need.

We all know what best buy is. I hadn't been in a store in a good bit. Went in to buy a google max speaker. They have a great selection of all things electronics. If definitely helps when buying an expensive electronic to play with it beforehand and best buy is the place for that. Very knowledgeable microsoft employee at the covington location. He knew their hardware and software backwards and forwards.

Was better than my last visit when I was in the store for 45 min and no one even asked if I need assistance in the department with tablets. As 5 associates stood around and talked. This ti.e I was helped right away. Got what we were looking for and was even asked if I needed help to get the to know the new product.

This store is very frustrating. One day you have great customer service. The next your standing there with 800.00 in merchandise asking about smart watches and the employee states yeah the display or over there, and goes back to playing on their phones.
