Best Buy

Had a long wait to talk to Geek Squad, but when I was finally helped, he was very helpful. Went to buy a tablet and Jun from that department was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in helping me compare features between units.

Good Best Buy overall but the car audio guy was horrible. I had a subwoofer and amp installed. He mounted where the controls are almost impossible to see or access. He told me that my amp was too powerful for my speaker even though it was exactly the right amp for the ohm load I was running. He told me some door speakers I wanted wouldn't handle the wattage of my stock Bose stereo, even though they were rated at twice the necessary wattage and would be running at 4 ohm instead of 2! Then he neglected to anchor down my sub in the trunk of a 480hp car. Oh and he also neglected to ground the amp so it somehow worked for 2 months but then obviously quit. Oh and I had also mentioned 3 times that I wanted my radar detector wired in while making my appointment but was told while there that I wasn't scheduled for that and therefore they didn't have time.

The place was clean and I was wondering with my mouth watering with all the goodies I wanted to buy.

Just like any other best buy. People are decently nice. Nothing special here.

So I bought a action camera mount kit that I was not able to use and since I have a busy life and none said u only have 15 day to return it I'm now stuck with this terrible customer service and need to revamp return policy I only had it for 3 weeks but i can keep a phone for a month and bring it back makes no since... I think I'll spend my money somewhere else for now on!!!
