Great service on the product we wanted to buy but we asked to see a Smart TV in action and we're told " none are hooked up to internet". Quiet disappointed , since I was trying to get hubby to buy one????

Extremely happy. Walked in last night looking to buy a new phone. Within minutes the young lady had me set and back out the door. Thank y’all so much.

Good selection and they will price match online stores if you need to have it now. Salespeople can be a bit pushy and are not knowledgeable beyond the absolute basics on products.

The Best Buy Store IN Hammond, LA. Has the most pompass managers that I have ever experienced. We live over two hours from this store. The first time we shopped there a couple of years ago we spent about 4 k. That was three DJI phantom drones accessories and other items. Year later we returned to the store and spent about 2k. A couple of more drones. One of the drones only made three flights before malfunctioning and crashing to the ground. I had not had it more than the fifteen days that I was told was the return policy. The Manger was rude and refused to honor this on a 1200 drone. He seemed to take pleasure in telling me no. Livid I drove another 30 miles to covington to the next best buy. I explained Ed my situation to Mr. Garcia empathize with us and helped us out a great deal. He is the definition of how a Manger should act. He is awesome and deserves the utmost praise. My review is purely the Hammond store. Anyway so pleased with Garcia we decided to spend another 5k in his store. As I've said before we live over two hours away. I purchased three things that I needed to return or exchange. Hammond Manger says that we were over our return days allotted time. With a smirk and smile e refused to help us on 60 dollars of Unopened unused merchandise. I said that I would call Garcia and the wet behind the ears mange raid that Garcia couldn't over ride him triumphantly. The Hammond store is horrible with rydevmillinum punk kids put in positions of authority. II will never shop at best buy again.

Above and Beyond as far as Customer Service, I was given the most honest and informative advice on what I was interested in but had reservations on buying. Rob was patient and kind and he was/ is now my GO TO GUY for when I need to go make a purchase or I need more information about a product before I make a purchase.
