Best Buy

Brought my laptop in 3 times to fix the same problem. They finally shipped it to be fixed. They wiped out my hard drive with all my Graduate School work and my photos without asking me first. They were not even apologetic. I cannot even look at my laptop without fuming. All those Graduate school papers. Ugh!!!

Lines were not long. Everyone there is ready to help you find what you need. If you are looking for DVD/Blueray movies, buy them as soon as they hit the shelf because they disappear sort of fast. I never use the app or website so it may be best to shop there at times. Also a good place to check out the latest phones before you buy one. I don't know if you can do your upgrade here though. You may have to ask.

Best experience! I went into the Best Buy store on Millerville last night to pick up a washer machine 15 minutes before closing. Travis and the manager helped me out to find the right washer machine! They both went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of! Great service and great people. They made my purchase very enjoyable and fun! Thanks again and keep up the great work!!

I love Best Buy!!! I buy all my tv's, cell phones and game systems from them. I love to just walk around and look at all they have to offer. Prices are great!! Walmart can't even touch their prices. Definitely recommend.

Best Buy has the worst customer service. Next time I need an Ethernet cable I'll go to Target or try Amazon. 2 different people pointed in the general direction and it took 20 minutes to find a simple item.
