It's almost as if you walk into the store and workers try not to help you. Stand around and look at one thing all day, not a soul comes by to help you. How do you avoid this? Store pick up you say? Nope. Do all the online research you want. Come into the store ready to get in and get out, right? Absolutely not. Twice I've been and they can't find where they put my store pick up item. What is wrong with this place

Website said the store had a game I wanted to buy. Went to the store and the employee I spoke with said the store didn't carry PC games. So I bought the game on the website and selected the 'pick up in store' option. When I arrived the employee behind the pick up counter couldn't find the game I purchased until I pointed it out. He then did not know how to check me out and there were zero employees working the checkout registers. I had to wait for someone else to show up and actually give me my game. It's ridiculous that it took me 2 trips to make a simple purchase and 2 out of the 3 employees I encountered were unable to perform their job.

I made a service appt. more than 24 hours before the scheduled time for 12:20 pm Saturday 5/12/18 for an iPhone SE screen replacement. I was promised the job would take no longer than 1 to 1.5 hours. I committed to drive 2 hours for same day service because this Best Buy does Apple authorized repairs, whereas the Best Buy and even the Apple store near my residence does not. I show up at this store (Bluebonnet) and see my name and appt. time posted on their screen. The Geek Squad agent says, “let me check to see if the screen is in stock”, and I am thinking that it is too late for that since the service is already scheduled. He checks and discovers it is not in stock and says, “sorry.” Anyone who schedules service expects the part to be ready for the job requested. The agent offered zero consolation once I told him that I only made the two hour drive because I scheduled the job expecting to have it done same day. He referred me to the Apple store there in Baton Rouge and to order the part but, again, the reason I didn’t drop my phone in the mail to make use of my Apple Care + warranty is because I can’t be without my phone for longer than a day. I asked if he would offer a loaner if I decided to let them order the part and he said he would not. He offered no consolation whatsoever for wasting my time and my gas, not even a complimentary gift card. I walked away as I got tempted to call for someone with more of a sense of customer service or even courtesy.

Placed an order to pick up at store. Order was ready that day. I was in a real rush, I walked in showed the employee my phone and bam. My apple watch was in my hands. Thanks for the great service and the ballin ass apple watch!
