They took a chance on me and gave me credit with a low interest rate. At first I did not think I would have a good experience as I had 3 people call me immediately after I was approved to ask me when I was coming in and to ask for them. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised as the sales staff let me look around for an hour and let me come to them when I was ready to purchase. Quinn was a very helpful sales representative and even help me getting the lowest prices by working with management. Overall, it was a good experience.

We have had conns furniture for about 5+ years now. Any recliner/rocking chair we have had has to be repaired within 3 months so Def get the warranty on anything you get. We also got a computer from there that crashed over 3 times in a year and took over a month each time to get it back. Also, if you do buy anything from here, pay it off within the interest free 1st year.. Because the interest will make the amount triple.

The salesman that attended me didn't know the specifications of the products they were selling. If you are a salesman at an appliance store, shouldn't you at least learn something about the products you are selling? I asked Aaron Jackson was the freezer " Frost Free" He said yes. I went to that store to buy a microwave. The freezer was bought on a spur of the moment. So the $49.50 restocking fee was a well taught lesson to not expect the sales person to know about the products they are selling. I bought the freezer and returned it within hours after it was delivered.But don't worry, they will soon be out of business.

I paid you them over $1900 on March 1st. I was suppose to receive a credit of $248 and I still have yet to receive it and it’s MAY. It is mind boggling that a business could be this unprofessional. You call customer service and no one knows what they’re talking about, they just give you the run around.If the credit was just applied to my account like any other business would have done, we wouldn’t even have this issue. They decided to send a check in 2018. I will be contacting a lawyer if this is not resolved!!!!!
