BSW Beauty Supply Warehouse

The store was pretty stocked but some of the staff not all are not so helpful I asked 3 different employees open-ended questions about a product, the first one didn’t know the answer, the second one hardly engaged I found the item at the register & the third one who rung me up hardly engaged. Maybe it was too early for them I’m not sure but I would be mindful of who I ask if I ever have to come back. Needless to say the store itself had everything I needed!

It was a decent beauty supply it covered all the basics and it is local and convenient! Helpful staff....here's a lil sumthing I managed to whip up for my mother!DIVA...

Huge store with a variety of products. Unorganized with plenty of staff members with reds shirt that just stare at you without asking if you need assistance. Some products are outdated. The lady at the register is not friendly but not rude. I had to say thank you for my purchase. However, I cannot blame her for her poor customer service based on how costumers are greeted at the door hence the signage. My choice next time is to locate a place that assist the customers.

Had right prices very helpful the staff no returns on products because of cov19 so make sure you get the right product!

Nice, friendly staff....prices aren't bad, lots of products to choose from. I just wish it was better organized. Some sections of the store were closed off, which made it difficult to see some items

It’s Obvious the focal point of this business is Wings/Weave. When I first walked in I said “wow they have a lot of stuff!” but the more I walked into this place I realized it wasn’t all that. You’ll walk into a Wall of eyelashes. They have little to no nail supplies, no hair toolhot tools. Won’t be coming back

Went for braiding hair. Prices weren't bad, had a nice selection. Didnt seem as though the workers knew what they were doing. One worker said she was gonna help us then just walked away. 2 people later we just searched ourselves and found something.

Sales cashier's are extremely slow.. Better off driving to the Decatur location .

I love this location they have great prices and products. My only small gripe is I think it's always understaffed. The staff is helpful and courteous, just spread a little thin in my opinion but I'll still continue to shop there.
