I wanted to thank Victoria, she deserves a raise and a promotion. Compare to other Sally's locations, Victoria it’s very knowledgeable and super extra helpful and patience. She help me find what I needed and more, the best deals and everything worked as mentioned. I got the wrong color dye, I called and she made the exchange a breeze plus a got a couple of more things. I will continue to come to this location even though it’s not the closest to my home, knowing that I will get the assistance by someone that knows what they’re selling. If you are unsure of what you need, head to this location and Victoria will take care of you 100%. Happy customer

Best ever!! They know what is good that'll get to whatever color you want it to be also what would be great after you color it. The ladies there on Craig were very knowledgeable, listened , & helpful! I didn't know what to get but I had some idea of what color I wanted and they suggested the colors for me im now at what exactly I wanted so thank you ladies for everything!!! Sally on Craig rd is definetly my to go to whenever I need to color my hair!!!

This store needs help. There's usually only one staffed member at a time and it seems to be that they are being over worked. It's busy and crazy and yet they don't have support. I also caught someone stealing in store and again they were not aware of any issues due to them being overworked. I hate that people are stealing and taking advantage of a Sally's. It's very pathetic and low down for people to prey on a beauty supply store. The people and community in north Las Vegas should stop the crime in the Walmart shopping plaza and leave this store alone if they are not serious about their hair. People wait outside with their kids while they steal. People use the associates and distract them while others steal. It's pathetic and it's sad that grown people don't have anything else better to do but case a Sally's Beauty. It's trifilen and disgusting and the community needs to leave the store alone unless they are there to support and or Sally's needs to get the police involved and start doing their job to save their company. They are making worse by subjecting people to this kind of abuse. It's sad and it terrible to think that this company is still up and running. Stop harassing and causing this store. Get a life and do something better with yourself. These people work hard for their money and you butt holes are putting their lives in danger because you don't want to amount to anything. Please if you are a good person in the community than please keep an eye out for this store and it's employees. We need to stop the violence and increase the peace!

This review is for Lynn. I was returning an item, the guy at the counter very politely said he could help me. Lynn immediately stopped him and asked me bluntly, did you use them? I waited patiently while she inspected the item and telling the guy all the reasons why a refund would not be given. I felt she was looking for any reason not to give me a refund. She didn't ask me why was I returning the item 80% cheaper online or was everything ok with the item? Would you like to exchange the item? Let's get you that refund! Or any "Customer Service" type questions to convey that she really appreciates her customers. I told her she's acting like I'm trying to scam her and she has poor customer service and I won't be shopping there anymore. Her response "you can't please everyone". Very rude and unprofessional.

Amazing customer service, this is by far my favorite Sally's. Every employee here is kind and patient and very knowledgeable.

Closed 30 mins early on a Thursday evening! Store hours were posted outside and online stating they close at 9pm on Thursday. There was a couple other customers that needed product aswell We arrive at 8:30pm, registers were counted out and left opened, all lights on, the door the back was wide open. So we stayed to see if anyone would come. No one came. Customer service was terrible. I despise this location. I only came because they are SUPPOSE to stay open later then the other neighboring sallys stores.

The young lady I spoke to, was absolutely helpful. She answered all my questionseven though they were for my daughter and she's not happy with the answers LOL. Her name is Victoria, you are absolutely genuine. For everyone who didnt have a good experience ...eh, glad I wasn't you.:

Mind blowing...I go in to buy some hair product, the lady in the store tells me she cannot help because she is doing inventory at the moment and to come back tomorrow. I think this store need to revisit their business motto.
