Experience here was poor. This review is for the people thinking about using Walgreens photo services. Walgreens says they have same day pick up.. No they don’t! Placed my order Saturday, went to pick it up Sunday. Not ready. Fine, I’ll come back. Went back Thursday, and my photos were lost/discarded. This woman in the picture above was just plain rude and probably shouldn’t work here due to her lack of customer service. She had an attitude because I asked if she worked for the photo department and had to help me. She was getting frustrated that she couldn’t find my photos, then had to call 3 other workers to help her. I was being patient, I don’t mind waiting at all. But if you’re huffing and puffing, and giving me attitude that you can’t find my photos, then yes, that is just bad customer service. No one could find my photos. They were either lost, discarded or given away. They also didnt have materials to print the wood panels. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because of the other 2 workers that assisted me. One taller guy and another, which was the manager again, NOT the woman in the picture She told me to send my pictures to another Walgreens and gave me some money off my next purchase. I really appreciate her kindness and assistance a lot. She deserves a better staff for sure. She really went exceeded my expectations. Anyways, maybe don’t try this Walgreens. Always understaffed, long, long lines. If there’s 5+ people in line with 1 register open, expect to wait 7-10 minutes to leave. I completely understand if this were a grocery store and the staffs busy, but this is supposed to be for convenience. In and out, 7/11 is faster than this. They should probably look into self checkout. I would rather be happy with that.
The pharmacy department is completely and utterly ridiculous. When someone actually answers the phone, the staff is unprofessional and rude including the manager. The lines are long and nobody seems to work with a sense of urgency or empathy for the customers. I was put on hold three times. Then the call was disconnected. The last time that I called back, supposedly the pharmacy manager was who I spoke to. As I tried to explain what happened, she kept interrupting me. Then without a word, she put me on hold again. I'm angry because I'm reading these reviews and nobody at this establishment appears to care about how the customers are being treated. Almost every review is bad. I've been on hold for nearly 30 minutes trying to find out the status of my husband's prescriptions. I changed pharmacies a long time ago because Walgreens isn't worth sacrificing my sanity. CVS is 100% better for me. My husband will be taking his business elsewhere as well. A one star rating is too good for this store!
I came here to write a review but I mean everyone else summed it up already. Long lines, no one answers the phone, workers care more about their conversations than the people that are waiting in line, techs are liars, the whole store is basically locked up behind security glasses and the list goes on. Not realizing that we are the reason they have a job. I wonder what would happen if we all switched our prescriptions to somewhere else. Would they care then? Also anyone else notice how the store manager/owner hasn’t commented on any reviews? That means they don’t care so we have to hit them where it hurts and that’s their pockets. Let’s pull our support and go where we are treated better.
I must say that after nearly 2 years of using this Walgreens pharmacy out of pure convenience it is truly not worth it! EVERY SINGLE MONTH something is out of stock for one reason or another. And there’s never any explanation or effort to assist. Simply as the patient and customer you’re just left to fend for yourself. There are some of us who need life saving medications on time and as promised, we shouldn’t have to worry about placing a refill as early as possible, have it sit in processing for a week, be marked as ready and then arrive for pickup and it has been canceled! There is absolutely no effort shown to transfer a prescription to another location or provide any assistance. I’ve regularly been met with downright rude and unprofessional demeanors from staff in the late morning and especially in the late evening hours. After consistently experiencing this treatment I have finally filed a formal complaint with my private insurance provider and Walgreens corporate, in addition to the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy. Hopefully they get their act together, are retrained and actually look into these disparity increasing practices!
To the black pharmacist with the curly wig that works at night around 2 am, yeah VERY was rude as hell, I understand it’s late at night and your probably tired but if your going to be rude to customers knowing you work in a customer service job either be nice or quit your dang job! Never again will I get my prescription filled there or at least when she’s there because I almost had to get out of my character.
Find another pharmacy! Don't use this one! Worst customer service ever. One person on register ,6 people behind the counter. She runs off to make a prescription yet the line is all the way across the back of the store and she's back there joking with other employees. No consideration for customers or their time. Absolutely Ridiculous
Called multiple times to send in a prescription for a patient. I was hung up on 3 times in the course of 40 mins, and pharmacy staff continued to pick up the phone and place me on hold without saying anything or acknowledging my call. Very frustrating
1 star ONLY because you MUST rate them something in order to leave a review! This pharmacy is ran by some of the most incompetent low life P.O.S. They DO NOT answer phones even from medical professionals on the doctor's phone line. Among MANY other issues, in which i don't have the space to write in this review! Management needs to be fired and replaced by in people that actually care! Come on, this is peoples lives they are messing with!
Pharmacy lines are consistently about half an hour. There's no express line so there's no point pre paying. It actually took longer as they have to take and scan your code from the app on your own phone. They gave me incompatible syringes. Drive thru is no better. It's not first come first serve they prioritize whatever line they want even if you've been waiting 25m longer than the other line. They served one car in the 30m I waited. They seem not to know what bin any medications are and seem very disorganized.
Problems every single time I come. Todays the last day I fill here. Worst walgreens I’ve literally ever been to. Ridiculous.
