Moved to DC 4 years ago and have had problems finding someone to do my hair correctly since then (not sure why, I have a simple layered cut). Decided to try Bubbles, and got placed with a random stylist, but I will be going back to her from now on! Carter did a wonderful job getting me back to my normal self and making sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it. She was great at assessing what I wanted, taking the time to make sure it was done right, and even after it was done she checked multiple times to make sure that it was exactly what I was looking for. I'll be coming back here regularly, for sure!

I love this Bubbles and especially Loan Tran. He's been making me feel beautiful for 13 years and I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.

I saw Loan and had told him I wanted a pixie cut. He was very considerate when he told me that I didn't have the right kind of hair for it and it would not hold up. I really respect that! So I let him do a haircut that would look good, and he definitely delivered! I love my hair, and I can't believe how cheap this place is compared to the rest of DC!
