Buckeye Pawn Shop

First time there. Took two items to see if they would buy them. Fat guy there was sooooo rude. Told me the item I brought in was only good for a wall hanging and closed the case with a bang. Then looked at rings and said they were worthless and tossed them back in the box. He had an attitude that he was better then me. All he had to say, politely, was that the items were not pawnable. Instead he had to make me look stupid and insult me in front of other customers. Will NOT recommend them to anyone.

Pointless to call ahead and ask if they take things drove 20 min for the guy to tell me no they don't take my stuff when over the phone they did then had a bad attitude. The older fat guy with 5 chins is an a** trying to show off in front of another customer. Plain and simple rude place and carry themselves like they are better then everyone in the store.

Asked about a trade. New ps4 unopened and they wanted me to bring it in before they could make a deal.. what are they gonna do besides look at the box?! they cant open it then it would make it a used console and drop the value.. From a professional stand point you should be able to know off the bat whether or not its a deal. New ps4 for a used xbox is a hell of a deal for the store since the ps4 holds a higher value i would even get cash back obviously unless they arent experienced enough to know anything about consoles lmao. A new trade is same as cash no matter where you go except for gamestop and buybacks which make it a living to rip everyone off which is why they have lost so much buisness but thats on them. I expected more from one of the best pawn shops in the area. too bad. Over all the store is great lots of items and nice set up.

I brung my ring in here to get it fixed, it was bent and a piece that said #1 mom had broke off. At first i just wanted the #1 mom fixed and i asked him about fixing the bent part he said dont worry itll look brand new and it does. Thank you guys and girls

Bought a air compressor he told me they all Ready checked them already before they are sold I took it to work with me days later and I noticed the regulated pressure didn't work so I took it back and he told me when they leave the store can't bring them back don't understand it it was broken when I got it
