This place is a rip off. Only gave me $30 for 1 year old air conditioner that I paid $130 last year at Menard's.

Ive been there a few times and in my opinion bad attitude and based on the area around it they buy low and sell high no matter the value

I purchased 2 Apple watches for Christmas gifts. On Christmas day we discovered that one of the watches had an activation lock on it, linked to someone's iCloud. This literally makes the watch useless. There is nothing that can be done to remove it. I looked at my receipt and it said sold as is, no warranty. I figured I was out almost $200. I went to Lev's today and explained the situation. They understood the problem and apologized. Gave me no problems what so ever and gave me a full refund. I haven't dealt with pawn shops in the past and was looking to have put up a fight to get a refund. I was absolutely impressed in how they immediately took care of the situation. It is refreshing to know that there are still businesses out there that actually care about there customers and making them happy. I just wanted to say thank you to the 2 gentlemen working there for putting their customer first. Much appreciated. Thank you Chris

How much would it take for you to just give me that tiny heart ring with little diamonds. It fit just like a glove on fingure. Could you bring the price down from 199 to 90. I'd sell you my soul just for that ring!!!! Please respond I wanna work with you so badly over this ring!!!!
