Had a huge issue trying to get a truck from U-Haul. Called multiple times and was basically told it'll take how long it takes for the online check-in process. After over an hour of waiting we called Gordon and he was able to get us taken care of same day.

Decided to call me THE DAY BEFORE I MOVE to tell me they dont have a truck even though I reserved one weeks ago. The guy is rude and I'm screwed trying to find a moving truck less than 24 hours before I move.

I have found Budget to be the best if you are moving one way.

Polite guys and decent pricing, but they called less than 2 days before my date to cancel due to cold weather. I understand a policy to not operate in bad conditions, but this weather has been forecast for several days now. Canceling last-minute is very stressful for customers that were relying on that truck to move.
