Very convenient! I reserved a car online Monday to drive while my truck was being serviced at Firestone across the street. They were willing to pick me up and take me back during pick up/drop off, but I decided to walk instead. I received excellent service at the location during pick up and drop off. I ended up having to extend my reservation through the text link a couple of times which was quick and easy also! I didn't use insurance and paid out of pocket which required a deposit but the deposit was held on my credit card and not fully charged. Over-all, I would recommend this location!
Id do 0 starts if I could. Not only did no one show up to pick me up at my appointment which I called and confirmed the day of. I was assured that someone would call me from the branch by 2 separate customer service agents and I have yet to be contacted by anyone from this location. When attempting to call, the phone just rings through and after 12 minutes says no one is available assist you at this time, please call back later. I am now on the phone with the customer service department for the third time. If this was not a booking through insurance I would seek a rental from somewhere else.
Horrible service! I reserved a vehicle online. I called around all day making sure I had everything I needed for this rental. I called multiple times before the pickup and was assured everything was set. I got to the business, not only did I wait about 20-30 minutes for my turn, but the clerk preceded to ask for my drivers license only to tell me there were no rentals until Monday. The phone number he claims was put into the system incorrectly and he was calling the wrong number to inform me.The only suggestion was "go to the airport." I have a funeral to attend and the way he just shrugged it off and said "sorry" as if it wasn't his problem was hurtful and ridiculous at a time like this.
It could not have been any more perfect! Enterprise Rental Car. Their highest number in customer satisfaction is 5. I give them a 10. I was picked up at the repair shop by a man who could not have been more perfect in his job. I’m leery of getting in a vehicle with anyone I’ve never met. But this gentleman acted just like that, a gentleman. When we arrived at the rental place it was crazy busy. Yes I had to wait but in watching the interactions with the renters this staff was excellent. I believe the manager’s name was Adriana and she perfectly kept the office moving forward. As I watched her I thought of the Ever-ready battery. She just didn’t stop and she never lost her smile. I know where to go should I need a rental vehicle in the future. Thank you
Made a booking days in advance & was called fifteen minutes before my pickup time that no vehicles were available. Leaving for a job with my own car in the shop, already on my way to pick up the rental, no alternatives given while on the phone, no referrals, and a non-apology at best. Go somewhere else with your business.
This location charged my card 4 months after I returned the vehicle without my knowledge or explicit consent. I did not see the invoice for this charge for another month, after I disputed with my credit card company as directed by an Enterprise employee, when I called to question While the charge ended up being valid, I should have at least been informed that my card was going to be charged. I had no knowledge that my account had a balance, nor was I ever informed by Enterprise. That is inexcusable.
car was not ready three more people came I two of them left before I did. An hour after my appointment I finely get a car which was dusty inside. These conditions day the car locked me out even with fob in my pocket luckily the passenger window was down enough for me to get in I called customer service vice told them I wanted a different car he laughed and hung up on e when I picked up car I was charged 118 dollars for deposit. When I returned the Carita happend that it had 5/8 tank it took a month for me to get money50dollarsthey . still owe 50 at least. I will never set foot in another enterprise store I give them a - five stars
I reserved a vehicle over a month ahead of time for a time sensitive trip. I got a call just half a day before I was due to pick up my car, saying that no car is available. Now I’m stuck paying almost double for a last minute vehicle. This also happened with my mom a couple months ago with Enterprise 90th street. I will never try to save a buck using them again.
I rented a car while mine was being repaired. The car had a dead battery after about 1 week of driving. I called and was routed to thier roadside assistance which came put a jumped the car. I drove it back to the location and was quickly exchanged for a mini van, the only vehicle available at the time. It drove nice and there were no upcharges. When I returned the mini van Abigail the manager checked my out. There was a charge for the roadside assistance which she waived since it was not my fault. Staff was pleasant for all interactions and would use them again.
I had to wait almost an hour for a car I’d reserved for a specific time. When the woman took me out to show me the car, she told me I looked pregnant I am not. The rental was for one day, and I returned it after less than 12 hours, but they charged me for four days. They sent me FOUR emails to rate their service and said to reply to the emails if I had any problems. I told them about being overcharged and received no response. I then called the location to ask for my money back and the woman on the phone said “well, we should get you that refund.” That was three weeks ago and I still have not been refunded for the extra three days they overcharged me for, nor have I heard from anyone at Enterprise. This location seems very poorly managed. Edit: it’s now April 12 and I have still not received a refund after also being assured by Enterprise’s corporate customer service that it was coming. I guess Enterprise is so hard up for money these days that they have to steal $130 from me?
