Budget Rent A Car

Ease of making reservation, price, check-through process paperwork was ready and didn't have to wait in line at the counter, car was clean and reliable, return process simple.

Have a reservation. Confirmed it at 8pm since flights were delayed. Get here at 1:30am no agents - Alamo agent says they left at 12:30am. Called phone support who says they close at 1am and I'm on my own and to come back in the morning when they open. Will likely not use Budget again. Back to Hertz for me.
