The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were professional, well-dressed, and knowledgeable about their work. The store and property were both very clean. The location was convenient for me, but I recommend trying to avoid rush hour traffic there. The vehicle was very clean inside with no bad smells. The price was very reasonable- about $160 for 3 full days for a small sedan. I will definitely use them again if I need to rent a vehicle.
The staff were efficient and helpful. They were not quite as friendly as the people I have dealt with at the Airport location, but definitely not rude. There were not a lot of cars to choose from, and Nissan Altima is quite incorrectly classed as a full-sized car. I felt like I was squeezing myself into a clown car. Luckily, there was a Malibu that did not feel so constricting, but unfortunately, it needed wipers and was not fun to drive during the few downpours I encountered on my trip. The airport location imposes a facility fee new fancy structure near main airport and is more expensive, but their greater inventory has never made finding a car - that fits me - a problem.
Everyone was extremly helpful in getting me ready for my trip to my daughters wedding! Great customer service all the way around ! I live in Lamcaster now but have always had such Great Service from the people at the Morse Rd Location Thanks Keith.....
I have only used them twice, both experiences were very pleasant. The staff is very professional and friendly. The next time I need a rental, I will go there without hesitation.
Very nice staff manager was exceptional! Very curious and friendly. They really liked out for us in every way. They made our experience very pleasant and definitely earned our repeat business.
The shuttle van was cleaner than the rental. The interior of the rental was in dire need of detailing. The car needs to be taken out of service due to prior collision damage. The inside of the car has terrible wind noise as well as the exterior trunk having a huge gap on on side. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no way the staff didn’t notice the damage of the car.
I used to love this place. COVID has changed everything. The hardly have cars in stock. When they do, the cars are not up to par. I did receive a discount when I complained.
Thank you for the great customer service and for providing a car that got 38 miles to a gallon!!! Everyone was so friendly and kind and listened to what we needed instead of trying to up sale. I am very impressed and have been going here for years but haven't taken a vacation since covid and you are all still just as welcoming, professional and customer oriented. That is rare and I really appreciate you!!!
Amazing customer service and super clean car! Needed a rental same day due to my own car being worked on at the dealership and luckily they had a car I could pick up within an hour. I was very nervous to rent as the last rental car I rented was with Hertz for a trip to Florida. Both front tires were losing air and were faulty the entire road trip, and I ended up being told I had to pay for the SUVs tires. I was also told I could not be given a different car and should drive back to Ohio with a donut tire. But Enterprise did not fail to impress! Evan actually walked around the car with me, reviewed my rental and was very reassuring of their cars and rental services. I ended up returning the car a day earlier than expected as my own car was finished, and even more new faces greeted me genuinely and reviewed the total charges I would expect, which were a little less than I expected because I returned a day earlier which was a pleasant surprise to see as I thought I would be charged the full amount despite an earlier return. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR BEING SO NICE AND ACCOMODATING!! I will always use Enterprise going forward and will spread the word to my friends and family #boycottHertz haha
Horrible customer servic. They will rent you a car that needs servicing and will put on the perception that they did not know. They are unorganized when booking rentals. I previously booked for a certain size vehicle and when you go to pick it up, they give you something completely different and try to force you to pay the difference. If I could rate them a zero, I would.
