Budget Rent A Car System

Made a reservation two weeks in advance. Called two days before picking up the vehicle and was told they weren’t sure they’d have it. Called the day before we needed the vehicle and was told we were out of luck. Manager did nothing to assist. Won’t make the mistake of trying to do business with this place again.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! GAVE UP A CAR THAT WAS STAINED AND DISGUSTING! THEN UPON RETURN THEY CHARGED ME A MISCELLANEOUS FEE! I WILL FIGHT THEM TO KEEP MY MONEY! I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THAT CAR TO GET CLEANED WHEN THEY GAVE IT TO US LIKE THAT!!! 0 STARS

This location was awful. It took forever to return the car. A whole group of unhappy customers.

Two nice gentlemen took care of helping with my rental. Car was in great shape and very clean.

Called to see if we could rent a car with a business debit card, was told yes and that there werent any restrictions. Got there and was told we can't rent a car with a debit card unless we were 25 and there was nothing that he could do.
