They guys here that work in the Las Cruces NM office are so rude. They really don't care about there survice. They gave or just take they truck keys really rude. They over charged me for sure. All the end of the day I payed $800 for a 16in' trick

The pick up process was very easy and the guys helping us with the paperwork were knowledgeable and very helpful. The truck was way better than I anticipated. I had used another company before and the Budget truck was far nicer. I rented the large 24' diesel truck and it had an air ride driver seat and cruise control which made the trip much better and weren't features the competitor had. I highly recommend to anyone planning a big move especially over a long distance.

The pick up process at another location was so painful so I expected the drop off to be just as bad. I was pleasantly surprised! There weren't any issues and the guy behind the counter was kind and knowledgeable!

This place is a little difficult to get into. But the staff is fast and courteous.
