General Manager Mike seems like an honest hardworking man. Our business was conducted regarding a hitch, and I got a better deal with him than I could anywhere else. The appointment was kept late due to complications with the previous appointment and Mike ultimately made me feel welcome irregardless and compensated a bit. I had another issue and had to return the same day and they fixed it with no muss or fuss. Generally the professionalism one wants of an important business.

We had one of the best customer experiences from this business. We are traveling across the U.S. and had some difficulties with our rear lights in our travel/trailer. We had called around and one of the local business referred us to this business. He was kind enough to call us and get some details as to what it may be. He later called us and let us know that he was going to be out of the office for a brief moment. When we arrived the staff was very attentive and said that he will be with us in a few minutes. After accessing the lights, he told us that the wiring was incorrect and that it would be a quick fix. He brought out his tools and rewired the rear lights while telling us some of the local attractions and where to camp out for the evening. I also explained to him about our braking system to see if he had any tips. He walked us through our brakes and showed us how to adjust them. We tested the rear tail lights and they are all working now. I asked him how much we owe, and he said "don't worry about it". Thank you Mike for taking care of us and we are grateful for your service. We hope all find you more than valuable in your community. Happy New Year!

I wanted to rent a storage locker so the rate I was not the problem. Moved my stuff in went to pay and they demanded a contact person other then myself. I said I do not want you to bother anyone else so I will just use myself. They said it was impossible and I took all my things out and went to another storage place across town. It was half the price and had no rat traps in the units. I wish these people all the best but I do not agree with giving another persons contact info and phone number for my belongings. The company I work for shortly had equipment come to new Mexico that we needed to store as we were there three months working. I directed the owner to use the same place I was keeping my belongings and we would come and go taking equipment for months. Is was just a policy thing on their end so I understand but was much less after I found the new place. Look around. The ramp when they give you carts to move you belongings is terrible and we would need two people to move the company's tools in if I were included to use this storage place as it is so steep as the cart would run away from you even with small belongings. I wish them all the best but their policy and demanding I give another contact address and phone number I did not agree with. Their are other options in Roswell with very good security and cameras if you look around. Mine I went to was high security and a much better price. I also like driving in and getting what I need from a locker. All the bust just opinion based.

Courteous, prompt, and efficient. I was able to get the trailer I wanted very quickly Justin was very courteous and helpful and doing my vehicle inspection and helping you hook the trailer up to my truck. Trailer maintenance was great. The tires were properly inflated. The lights worked.
