The overall experience wasn't bad but they need to explain their policy more explicitly when you ask a question. This way you are not charged a fee for the same question that you asked but was not told about the late fee charge.

Simple and to the point. Gets the job done and good service with great prices. Been using this spot for anytime I need a truck and have recommended it too family too. Great guys.

Drop box gets the job done. Site is easy to miss especially at night.

Had a miss happen with my reservation but the gentleman working there was able to help me out by letting me borrow another truck. This saved my skin and I was able to get my priorities lined up because of their help. Thank you!

I reserved truck for Sunday, when I come to pick up truck store was closed.. Actually website shows they are open working on Sunday. If you are guys not working on Sunday you need tell about that!!!! The store manager has no responsibility!!!!!
