The staff is extremely friendly. Good location to grab your car if you live in downtown Brooklyn. Gets a bit busy with cars going in and out during holidays.

God this place is awful. Incredibly slow service. Also be aware that they frequently give you a car with less than a quarter tank of gas in it :

Very shady business! I made an online reservation non-prepay which I didn't pick up but still got charged for the full amount. They went ahead and created a rental contract as if I had driven the car. I'm an Executive Elite and nobody has cared to correct this issue. Tried calling, emailing and nothing.
