Hertz Rent A Car

Overall they are ok, however we know for a fact that we lost an item in the car and no one called us back to let us know. This either means that they don’t clean cars properly, or that they have no interest in providing good customer service.

Went to pick up Car and had to wait 2 hours. Original reservations was at 9am didn’t get out until 11:30am. Horrible service and people weren’t even there when I got there! Never again.

I arrived a little late but John and samathnei gave outstanding good service they where the best I recomend anyone that's looking to rent a car should use this Hertz location can't wait to be back again. You people are great keep up your good work and stay safe.

Had a great experience today with John!! He was so so helpful! John makes this place a pleasure to visit!

Samantha went out of her way to make sure my SUV was set up perfectly for me. Both Samantha and the man working with her were very friendly and welcomed me immediately upon my arrival. My SUV was in beautiful condition.
