Buffalo Wild Wings

This particular Buffalo Wild Wings was really great. We had to wait a little longer than expected for the food, but it was worth it. The quality was fantastic fantastic and they gave us a few free things as well. The atmosphere was a little bit loud and focused on sports which is to be expected. We ordered take out and the food came exactly as expected and perfectly warm and tasty.

First, we walked and the hostess asked if there were only three but there were clearly four of us standing there. She asked if we wanted a booth or table, and we said a table was fine. The hostess says, "I'll clear out a booth for you. " Then, when we were seated, they got 2/4 drinks incorrect and did even check to ask if everything was okay. The waitress walked by 4 times, but she avoided our gaze and went to check her phone. It took forever to order, and then we finally ordered, and it took forever to get the food to us. The waitress never came by to see if we needed refills or another drink. The waitress never said thank you, sorry about the wait, or even have a good night. Very disappointed because our service our service really sucked. Location was 2808 dirksen Parkway in Springfield, and our server's name was Sunset at 9/3/2022 8:15 pm.

Definitely will check every bit of my order before leaving. First, NO RANCH & NO CELERY/CARROTS with our boneless wings! Second, no chocolate or caramel syrup on the “loaded” ice cream ! Third I unfortunately forgot to add the appetizer I wanted so I made a second order it was cold and sitting on the back I had to return inside to retrieve it . Fourth the entire meal 2-10 piece wing meals with fries all cold didn’t have any heat to it warmth it’s sat on a shelf with no warmer - even my ice cream desert was left on the shelf in a bag to melt. Very disappointed as I could of spent half the cost ordering from a pizza joint for what I paid for to take home tonight . I feel I just wasted $40

The beer was ice cold. The wings were cooked to perfection and served hot. Friendly service. But at $28 for 20 wings, I might need to take a second mortgage on the house. Food: 5/5

Kelsey at the Dirksen location was very friendly, knowledgeable about menu, works efficiently. It was busy and she still made time to be attentive. Kudos girl!! It’s hard to find customer service of this caliber!

So many workers and the manager walking around and there is a line out the door and nobody is helping them as we’re sitting here for our to-go order for 10 mins on a large fry. They weren’t understaffed tonight. Just nobody wanted to help.

Food and service was great. They accommodated our cheerleaders and everyone loved their food. Servers and managers were really nice and friendly.Food: 5/5

Took my staff there today. Purchased some gift cards for my staff to use. Didn't realize they couldn't be used for 4 hours. Management was very compromising and made it all right. Good experience. Food: 5/5

Dinning area was not very clean. No heat in the bathrooms. The West Side location is much better...or hit Wings Etc a block down the road.Food: 2/5

I used to love bdubs and I still sorta do just because of the friendly staff and it's a good hangout but the food quality has really gone down.Food: 2/5
