Buffalo Wild Wings

4 stars for the cashier! Although I specifically ordered, requested and paid for all flats which didn’t happen. That wasn’t her fault!! The chicken tastes over cooked; tough and dry! Bathroom was clean, which is a plus. Very empty Bdubbs if I’ve ever seen one… anywho..probably my last time visiting this location but as I stated the young African American lady at the front was extremely friendly and professional!!

Great place to catch a game or any sports that they are showing on their many TV screens. Service was okay. Atmosphere is good. Family friendly or even a night out with a group of friends.

My family and I went here a little over a week ago, 09/13/2022 a little after 4:30p.m.- It was our first time ever visiting Buffalo wild wings first impressions are lasting. When we walked in, we were greeted by a young man who immediately set up our table and seated us; however, after we were seated, we sat for more than 20 minutes with no further communication from anyone- there were only two other tables seated in the dining room and more than 12 different staff members walking about the dining room but it didn't look like anyone was working. After the young man sat us down, he got on his cell phone, we saw two other workers on their cell phone all of whom looked very young, there were more than eight team members huddled in a group talking maybe they were having a meeting but right in the middle of the dining room while customers were waiting to be served????. After more than 20 minutes of watching workers play on their phones and hold conversations we walked out and left there was no further communication with anyone after we were seated- not even a drink order request or just to tell us they would be our server‍

Walked in and waited at the counter for 10 minutes before walking out because not a single employee spoke a word to us. I made direct eye contact with 2 different employees, yet neither one walked over or sent anyone to the front counter. There was one large top table in the dining room. They had just been seated and were placing their drink orders. The only other table was a two-top. There were half a dozen employees roaming the floor doing what looked like absolutely nothing. By the time we walked out, there were 4 other party's standing in line behind us. I can only imagine the hundreds of dollars in business that this location loses daily due to their apathetic employees. I read the reviews about the horrible service, but I didn't realize it would be that bad. It's not bad service, it is no service. We went elsewhere for dinner.

Been here forty minutes. Ordered our beers when we got here. Then appetizers and food. Our appetizers came out with our food and still haven't got any drinks. Says the bartender is busy but there isn't but 10 other people in here. Won't be back.

I very much appreciate the veterans day deals. However, this particular location was ill equipped for the crowd. The service was a little slower which is understandable on today. A few orders were off, and requests were slow to arrive. I'd come back, but not during busy times.Food: 4/5

NJ was our server and she was amazing. I wish I had more to give her. Our food was good. They were busy with a lot of people but we didn't wait long or anythingFood: 5/5

They have a cool arcade machine to get stuffed animal prizes that has never worked in the 7 years I've lived here, not much unlike the quality of food, service, and attentiveness from this place. It's the same story everytime I've gone here. It's just a terrible buffalo wild wings and always has been. Slow service, overcooked food with small portions. Think you ordered a large frie? Nope! It's a small spread over a big plate. Ordered wings with your favorite sauce? A lot will come out with literally no sauce and the wings will be overcooked and small. Waiteress' spend more time talking to friends than actually doing anything. Never ever get refills on drinks because you see your wait staff 3 times: order drinks, order food, get checks. That's it. After coming in after these many years I always hope it'll be different after so long but it never is. I like bdubs, but this place is literally the worst.
