EVERY EVERY - single time I come here - the food is OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!! Fresh hot chicken, perfectly textured red beans and buttery soft biscuits! The line is always long not because it’s necessarily a long wait because once I make my order at the window it’s a fair amount of time before I get a fresh hot yummy greasy order, but because everyone comes back here over and over again because it’s so damn delicious!!!!! They have always been fair and nice as far as attitude! No complaints for busy hardworking people busy doing their job. : my order is always correct. I’m sorry to see this place as a 3.7 because I come here often as I live down the street at least about once a month or every 3 months and each time I pop on by, I’ve had a 5 star experience. I have lived down the street from this place for about over a decade. THANK YOU FOR DELICIOUS FOOD! Made to perfect spiciness and texture! You help the integrity of your hometown New Orleans to keep its name of N’awlins delicious Popeyes and cookin! *thumbs up!!!*

I ordered a large chicken order over the phone 40 pieces 1/2 spicy , 1/2 mild yesterday at 8:30 AM. I spoke with manager on duty and she confirmed the order and took my number. The chicken was supposed to be ready for 4 PM my husband went to pick it up and they said they didn’t know what order we were talking about.

Done with this Popeyes! Ordered at 12:55 to pick up my food while on my lunch break. Arrived at the restaurant about 10 minutes later but when I arrived there they had the doors locked. Now I had to wait in drive thru for my order that was already ready. I received my food at 1:20 which gave me 15 minutes to get back to work and eat my food. Such an inconvenience and they don’t care!

Food was okay, alittle dry. Just have to reheat it. After that it was good. Customer service was great just had to repeat ourselves more than a couple of times which is ok because maybe the speakers weren't 2 good. The line drive thru took awhile but once u got 2 the window it was a reasonably quick interaction.

Place used to be good and went frequently. Food quality has dropped .. chicken room temp and dried out. Bad attitude at checkout . Sad being Chick-fil-A just opened. Price went up $5 bucks too. You have a gold mine franchise don't ignore itFood: 1/5

WORST PLACE EVER... Management must have Zero clue about what FAST FOOD is.. over 20 minutes sitting at the drive-thru for NOTHING... it seems they have only one person doing all the work

3825 Gen Degaulle location was the worst it has ever been, the chicken sandwich was disgusting and old and chicken was stringy, our whole entire family meal made us all sick!!! This use to be my favorite location but the lady manager must not be there anymore. I could see people on cell phones in the back and just not carrying about food quality.

I hate this place! I went there Gen. Degualle location on 10/14/22 at approximately 5 pm. Sat in the drive thru line and waited what seemed like forever before reaching the speaker. Placed my order and I should have known then that there was going to be a problem because the young lady kept going in and out and I could never get a confirmation of my order but I remained in line. An hour had passed between the time I entered the line and the time I reached the window, only to be told once I got there that their card machine was broken and they were accepting cash only. A WHOLE hour I cannot get back!!! Popeye's is trash, on a WHOLE! Just shut down already. ALL locations! Please, for the love of God! Your day has come and gone. Chick-Fil-A has the chicken game on lock anyway so y'all might as well give it up! Just trash! Al Copeland would be ashamed! The one star is ONLY because of Google's posting policy. If I could give negative stars, Ha!

To say this place opened for the day an hour ago, one would think the lines would be moving, nope..not this one. Only if my g-mother wanted something else I would’ve BEEN gone! This has got to be one of the worst Popeyes in New Orleans #trash

This was a first time experience for my family ordering food in the company's flagship city. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff exhibited southern hospitality. The location was very busy but the line moved right along.
