Listen, I will NEVER go back here. I don't know if there was only one person working or what, but the service was trash. I often listen to audiobooks in my car. I kid you not, I was able to complete 2 chapters while waiting for the attendant to greet me in the drive through. Why did I wait? Bc I ordered through the app and had already paid. When I got to the window, her attitude was such trash that I really wanted to ask for my money back, but I didn't wanna wait any longer. Just avoid this location.
Mcdonalds selling raw burgers now? Pathetic. 1 star until situation is rectified.
Hands down the worst McDonald's in New Orleans. Customer service is is horrible. Employees are rude and constantly messing up orders. I've been here 3 times and each time it has taken 30 minutes or more. Honestly they should just shut this location down. Save yourself the disappointment and go to the one on General De Gaulle Dr.
Worst customer service ever. General manager didn't want help the customers waiting in line knowing the kiosk was down and then She sent one of the employees to help out . My order wasn't fullfill online and I was already waiting in line so that she could tell me to get back in line so that the asher could help me . Not worth the time or spending my money in this place that that they need it anyway
First time I stopped by this location. Food was hot. Had about a 10 minute wait but it was worth it.Food: 5/5
The manager is very unprofessional don’t know how to greet the customers and talk to the employees terrible in of the Customer. I’m standing here on October 16, 2022 . The time was 10:40 AM.
Food was fresh. The young lady at the money window was great. The gentleman at the food window must have been mute. He would only stare. Not say a word. Just hand out your food and stare.
Had the Mac rib I don't know what kind of rib it came from it was terrible french fries were goodFood: 3/5
Line was incredible long. I waited 30 minutes because the person taking orders only took 4 orders at a time then waited till they received their food then 4 more it was stupid. Never again
This McDonald's is typically really fast with my preparing my order. More impressively the food they prepare is almost always fresh. Great job team! I'd give you all 5 stars but my 5 star reviews are reserved for the best of the best
