So happy the Mexican pizza came back! I buy my own green onions since Taco Bell stopped serving those in like 2006 lol! TB really needs to bring back green onions and meximelts next :

We weren’t even charged for what we ordered but something entirely different- and what we got lined up with neither. They literally gave us burritos with only tomatoes and nacho cheese in them???

Have you ever been to a store that never gets your order right or sell you frozen food this is the store for you we ordered the breakfast box the sausages were literally still frozen another time we ordered chalupas the ground meat was absolutely cold and it's still hard like it comes in the package it hadn't even been warmed yet or if you order on the mobile app something like potatoes they tell you they're not going to take the time to cook them so you just have to order something else if you go inside none of the drinks work but then most of the drinks work through the drive-thru either they all taste my carbonated water everyone at the dorm will pass up that Taco Bell and go all the way to Gretna Parking: Store has a large amount of parking with wheelchair accessibility

This location made the perfect Mexican pizza. The right amount of everything, most of all, super crispy shells; Best!!!

Took 20 minutes to get through the drive-through. I felt way overcharged for my order, but the staff wouldn't provide a receipt when asked, just closed the window and waited till I left. Possibly the worst tacobell food I've ever had.Food: 1/5

Talk about a shame I’m disappointed that employees are so incredibly horrible there no way they can be this bad on purpose at makeing a chicken Chapotly melt it’s simple and I paid more then a dollar for this

The drive-thru employee was extremely rude. Attempted to not give me my change back until I had to ask for it. Rolled her eyes and dropped the change in my hand. When I asked for mild sauce for 3 soft tacos and a quesadilla, she grabbed eighteen 18 packets and jammed them into my hand, piling them up and quickly closed the drive-thru window. Worst customer service ever at this Gen de Gaulle location and this poor service cannot be blamed on the pandemic because there were several employees on duty just standing around, they were not short-staffed, just not properly trained to provide good customer service.

I ordered the double steak burrito. The rice was hard that was in it. I was on my way to work so could not bring it back. It was a huge disappointment to meFood: 3/5

Closed at random times like 9 pm, rude, ghetto, strange, unprofessional workers. The people that work here are true weirdos when they give you food or speak to you. Adding to this review 8 months later, food is now consistently wrong even when paying for extra or a substitution
