This is another cute shop. It's been here for awhile. Kids can go here, pick out a stuffed animal and accessories then fill it up with stuffing. It's pretty neat. All the animals are made of good quality and the accessories are very detailed! However everything is pretty expensive! So expect to pay quite a bit!
Overwhelmed with everyone who works there and their kindness! My baby is celebrating her 4th birthday and from the moment we got there it felt so welcoming, we we very well attended. Everyone was nice and genuinely sweet. Went out their way to show me where items were. Then my baby had a sudden nose bleed and there was so much support from the employees and we’re just so great full and thankful. They even dressed my baby’s bear! Thank you
While I feel they are a bit expensive, the memories made there seem well worth the cost. Took my daughter and her friend for a special keepsake from their "fun filled girls only weekend". They both chose their stuffed animals along with outfits and had a blast naming them and creating their keepsakes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The girls felt like royalty that day! The store was clean and not very busy during our visit.
Not the best customer service. Not personable at all. Went for my sons 3rd birthday and was treated like we were suspicious the whole time. Lots of choices of clothes though.
My kids love going to build a bear every year on Christmas eve. First it is not cheap again why we only go on one day a year. Staff is so good with your kids.
I had a very negative experience at this location. Being 9 months pregnant, I've been looking so forward to getting and building a bear for my first child. Amongst some difficulties with getting a bear itself, the customer service I experienced wasn't very positive and just left me feeling sad and embarrassed.

The lady who was working today was extremely helpful and even informed me that you should unstuff the bear to wash it. Then take it back to build a bear and they will fill it with new stuffing/sew it back up for free
I had such a wonderful experience here! It was my first time at an actual Build a Bear. The staff was super helpful and very friendly! I would love to come back in the near future!
Helpful staff, easy process, could use some horror movie themes. How about a nice stuffed Jason Voorhees?
