My son loves this store, especially the neca characters. He collects them. It's nice that there's a store he can go & buy them from vs having to order & wait for them to arrive. He also lives buying Funko Pops from here & trying different candies from all over the world. However they had us sign up for some card to save a couple bucks... that was 3 years ago! We have been getting charged multiple times for the card despite calling & canceling with a handful of people. We were promised over and over that it had been canceled and we wouldn't be charged anything else, only to find out that it happened again! It wasn't much but that's not the point. Last month, we finally had it! We had to cancel our debit card & get new account numbers for due to this! Then we had to update ALL our bills with our new account numbers, due to FYE not being able to be a trust worthy business & continuing to steal $ out of our account! I don't recommend this store at all.

Employees aren't super attentive. Although some days they seem to follow people around which is weird and unnecessary. Bought Weezer Green Album CD for a discounted price but it would've been much cheaper if I'd bought it elsewhere. Like others have stated, the prices are bumped up quite a bit compared to other stores. Not my favorite but not the worst place in the world.

Always a fun place to go look around. I love the addition of pop culture and Japanese imported candy and items especially since the physical music industry is dying. It would be a shame to see the store go, It's always been a part of our mall trips.

4/9/22~Since I haven't shopped at an FYE in years, I decided to stop in while at the mall. I did manage to find one CD that I really like, but was hoping to find a few more. I was also hoping to find a few other items as gifts, but I'll have to look elsewhere. Like others have mentioned, the prices here are a bit high.

I have gone to this location for years without any problems and I really loved it. However, today when I went I was shocked to see two employees behind the counter hugging, kissing, etc. not once did I see them being attentive to the customers. I could’ve put half the store in my bag and walked out without them noticing. I stalled my purchase for awhile hoping that they’d stop but I ended up putting my items back as I felt really uncomfortable. By then the girl had her arms wrapped around him from behind and was kissing his back. I love this store, I really do, but I won’t be visiting anytime soon if this isn’t resolved.

Couldn't do cash little cluttered and prices about 40% more than normal on almost everything

Place would be better if their workers didn’t kick customers out so they could go eat. Said they would open back up in 30 min and stayed closed for at-least an hour.

I've tried shopping here 2 different times this week. The first time the store was closed with a sign that said employees were on break and would be back soon. Waited 30 minutes and no one showed back up. Second time the store was closed at 6 even though posted hours say open til 7.

As a collector of Funko pops this was once my favorite store in the mall to go to. I could often find things here before it made it to other stores. I feel the store has declined somewhat since reopening after the covid lock down. They are no longer consistent as to when new stock gets brought to the shelves. They frequently struggle to even open at their posted open time. I know there are labor problems everywhere....contact me and I'll come stock and straighten your funko wall for free.
