Bullritos

Don't think I've ever had so many bland, slightly-off bits of food come together and produce something so offensive to the palate. Rice was mushy AND crunchy at the same time with absolutely no flavor, steak tasted like microwave Salisbury, and any sauce might as well be thick water. HARD pass.Food: 1/5

Mostly clean and fair food, price, service I like it cause not that many people's there normally. Lettuce sometimes taste weird.

I like bullritos in pearland, but they got some nasty stuff at this location. Rice is hard, beans are beyond mushy, and the whole thing was overall very salty. I was starving so I didn’t notice how gross it was until halfway through. The building was really hot, so it sucked having to wait for the food. There was also a cute huge dead roach on the floor. Scared of what’s behind the counter ngl. The people that ordered before me returned their food after taking a bite because it was so bad. The guy working was super nice though.

Imagine your favorite burrito place now make that place 30% worse for 10% more money. I also got swarmed by small flies when I sat down and the internet doesn't work. I've been here 20 minutes and have killed two flies and mosquito and have gotten bites on my temple and fingers

For my 1st time trying Bullritos, I loved it. The manager Shae & line/cashier JB were both welcoming and hooked my burrito and bowl up. Everything was fresh, restaurant was clean. The staff made me feel welcomed and kept a smile on my face. I'll definitely be back. If you haven't tried them, make sure you check them out. You won't be disappointed. Y'all have a customer for life.

One word: Don’t Manager kept touching his face and then my food, rude, dirty. 80% of food items they were out of and “making from scratch” aren’t you supposed to be ready? Bro, it’s 1pm and there are 0 customers in here. Step it up. Makes sense as to why they keep cycling through managers

worst experience ever. raw chewy meat, manager talking on the phone while THROWING chicken on the grill, couldn't be bothered to make my chips for chips and queso. sick kid at the register. zero organization as a team.

Ordered tacos and the server proceeded to fill them with old mushy rice. Taco’s already looked stuffed before she seasoned them with a pittance of meat. The menu hasn’t displayed correctly in the six months I’ve been going. And servers switch between three orders making you repeat your order four or five times. Worst service I’ve gotten there by far.

Horrible service. Went there at 8pm on a Friday and the doors were locked. Online and printed on the door of the restaraunt, it says they close at 10pm. There was a worker inside who could obviously tell I was at the door, but she completely ignored me. I knocked on the window for about 5 minutes very loudly and she ignored me. Seems like she was too lazy to open the door to serve a customer, a whole 2 hours before they closed. Horrible. I went there once during the day a couple of weeks ago, and they also had terrible service and a bad attitude. Food was mediocre, chicken tasted old. This location will not be getting my business or any of my friends ever again.

Went during the middle of lunch time, Richard was working the kitchen all by himself and made everyone feel noticed. He was extremely friendly and I would recommend coming just for the service he gave.
